Dental Wax Disc
Dental wax disc is a circular wax blank specially designed for CNC milling of denture processing centers. It belongs to dental technician consumables and is used to mill wax patterns of dental crowns, bridges, and brackets. Afterwards, it is embedded and lost wax cast to obtain metal inner crowns/brackets, and can also be used as wax models for porcelain hot pressing.

Description
Wax Disc is a special CAD/CAM milling blank widely used in dental laboratories. It is compatible with most disc cutting milling machines for dental wax model fabrication, tooth arrangement and occlusion recording.
Made of uniformly stable raw material with moderate hardness, our wax disc features excellent carving and milling performance, easy to machine without chipping. It is ideal for preliminary shaping of veneers, inlays, onlays and single crowns.
Available in blue, green, white and gray colors. Diameter options: 98mm & 95mm; thickness ranges from 10mm to 25mm. High raw material utilization during batch production, greatly enhances the precision and working efficiency of denture processing. It delivers clean burnout with low ash residue for subsequent casting process.
