Monolayer PMMA Disc is a CAD/CAM digital dental temporary restoration resin blank. The entire disc is homogeneous, single colored, and has no layered structure. It is matched with multi-layer PMMA of the same brand to form a complete product line, suitable for all scenarios of temporary denture processing. The raw material process is benchmarked against synthetic resin teeth, with high density and no internal microbubbles. The milling molding details have a high degree of restoration, and can quickly produce temporary crowns, temporary bridges, implant transition restorations, jaw pads, surgical guides, etc. in bulk.

Bending strength (Intensity): ≥ 100MPa
The material structure is uniform and has sufficient anti bending ability, which can support the temporary restoration of posterior single crown, multi unit long bridge, and full arch implantation, and withstand daily occlusal pressure.

Dissolution value: ≤ 7.5 μ g/mm ³
The precipitation in the oral environment is extremely low, making it safe to wear in the short term and less likely to irritate the gums and mucous membranes.

Water absorption rate:<0.04%
Extremely low water absorption characteristics, the restoration is not easy to absorb water, expand, deform, or dye when worn for a long time, with excellent dimensional stability and long-lasting edge tightness.
