Polishing Paste

Applicable Restoration Materials:

Compatible with mainstream all-ceramic processing materials, it is a common consumable in zirconia processing plants: Zirconia full zirconia crowns, multi-layered zirconia bridges, veneers; Lithium disilicate glass-ceramic cut restorations; Porcelain, polymeric ceramic, and resin temporary restorations. Not suitable for: Cobalt-chromium/pure titanium metal frameworks (metal requires special metal polishing wax).

Core Product Advantages:

1.High Polishing Efficiency and Mirror-like Brightness
Contains ultra-fine diamond powder, used with felt wheels/soft brushes to quickly eliminate deep and shallow scratches left by diamond abrasive heads. The polished porcelain surface achieves a mirror-like finish, comparable to glazed surfaces.

2.Elimination-Free Sintering, Simplified Process
After polishing, no secondary high-temperature glazing in the furnace is required. Direct delivery significantly saves sintering furnace time, reduces energy consumption, and noticeably improves batch processing efficiency in the workshop.

3.Durable and Stable Paste
Strong wax carrier adhesion; a small amount of paste can polish multiple crowns; it does not easily scatter or clump, and can be stored in a sealed metal box for extended periods without deterioration.

4.Low Abrasion and No Damage to Restorations
Uniform abrasive particle size gradient prevents excessive cutting of the porcelain layer during polishing, preserving the seal at the crown margin. Even ultra-thin veneers can be safely polished.
