Description

Dental Firing Paste is a consumable material specifically for CAD/CAM all-ceramic sintering in denture fabrication. It is a Class I medical device registered product and is only used for high-temperature crystallization sintering of zirconia, lithium disilicate, and other cut ceramic restorations. Its function is to act as an isolation and support medium between the restoration and the sintering post/disc. It can be completely removed after sintering and does not contaminate the surface of the tooth crown.

Steps to Use:

Step 1: Dispense firing paste
Turn the firing paste tube upside down and gently squeeze the tube to dispense an appropriate amount of firing paste onto the inner surface of the restoration.Use a moderate quantity without excessive overflow, just enough to firmly attach the firing post.
 
Step 2: Hold the glass ceramic restoration Use curved dental tweezers to steadily grip thelithium disilicate restoration (veneer /single crown). Clean dust from the base of the restoration to
ensure the bonding surface is dry, clean and free of
dust or water stains.

Step 3: Bond the firing post Align the top tip of the thin firing post with thedispensed firing paste on the restoration base.Press vertically for a tight fit and leave it for a short while.The viscosity of firing paste will secure the restoration and post firmly without tilting or falling off.

Step 4: Place onto honeycomb firing trayGrip the lower section of the firing post with tweezersand insert the post (with attached restoration) verticallyinto the grid holes of the white honeycomb firing tray.Adjust the spacing to keep the restoration suspended without touching the tray surface.Reserve space for thermal expansion during firing toavoid adhesion and scratches on the glazed surface.

Step 5: Remove workpiece after firingOnce the firing cycle finishes and the furnace cools down to room temperature,take out the workpiece by gripping the firing post with curved tweezers.The post can be easily separated from the restoration with a gentle twist. Thehigh-temperature cured firing paste peels off effortlessly without damaging the glaze or margins of the restoration.
