Twelve Years of Dedication, Building the Future with Craftsmanship—Aite Technology’s High-Quality Development of Dental Materials

Sep 01, 2026

Founded in 2014, Aite Technology is dedicated to pushing the performance boundaries of dental restorative materials to the absolute limit. At a time when the industry is mired in price wars, we have independently developed a highly translucent lithium disilicate glass-ceramic based on twelve years of continuous accumulation and refinement of clinical restoration data. Certified by authoritative national testing agencies, this material consistently achieves a biaxial flexural strength of over 500 MPa while maintaining excellent optical translucency. It has passed ISO certification and earned widespread recognition and trust in both domestic and international markets. For dentists, this means that high-strength restorations in the posterior region no longer require sacrificing aesthetic translucency—it is now possible to deliver a biomimetic-level aesthetic restoration for the anterior teeth while ensuring occlusal function.

We understand that clinicians need not only a high-performance restoration but also a “fail-safe” supply chain assurance system. To this end, we are supported by a professional, dedicated, and lean team. From raw material selection to finished product shipment, every batch undergoes rigorous physical and chemical performance testing to ensure that every restoration delivered to you delivers consistent clinical performance.

To date, our products have been exported to numerous countries and regions across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, where we have established long-term, stable supply relationships with many overseas partners. The continued repeat purchases in global markets are the most authentic testament to our quality.

I. Rooted in Liaoning, Expanding Globally

In recent years, as our company has undergone rapid expansion, we have reached a significant milestone in our development—our brand-new production base in Liaoning Province has officially been completed and has begun operations. Aligned with the cutting-edge standards of digital dental manufacturing, the new facility integrates material R&D, precision machining, quality inspection, and warehousing and logistics, establishing a comprehensive end-to-end management system that spans from raw material intake to finished product shipment. Leveraging the new facility’s increased production capacity and optimized processes, regional delivery efficiency has seen a dramatic improvement, and response times for rush orders and last-minute clinical adjustments have also accelerated, effectively addressing the industry’s pain points of long lead times for dental restoration materials and slow emergency response.

Currently, the dental restoration industry is undergoing a profound transformation from traditional manufacturing toward comprehensive digitalization and intelligent manufacturing. The integrated application of technologies such as intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM design, AI-assisted diagnosis, and 3D printing is driving the shift in prosthesis fabrication from being “experience-driven” to “data-driven.” Our company will closely follow the industry’s digital development trends and continue to increase investment in areas such as digital materials R&D, intelligent production, and the construction of end-to-end data management platforms. Using the new Liaoning facility as a strategic fulcrum, we aim to build a digital supply hub for dental restorative materials that serves markets across China and overseas. From material R&D to production and delivery, and from technical support to after-sales service, our company consistently upholds the development philosophy of “Bringing Technology to Clinical Practice, Delivering Quality Service Globally.” Through stable, efficient, and reliable products and services, we join hands with global partners to jointly create a brand-new future for digital dental restorations.

In terms of business philosophy, the company consistently upholds the core principle of “people-oriented,” with sustainable operations as the foundation of its development. We are focused on building a lean team that is “dedicated, focused, and professional,” committed to achieving the company’s long-term sustainable development.

II. Craftsmanship Materials Matrix: Building a Full-Chain Product Ecosystem for Dental Restorations

For the past twelve years, Aite Technology has focused on the field of dental restoration materials, establishing a comprehensive product portfolio ranging from restoration materials to auxiliary tools and processing services.

In terms of core restoration materials, the company’s independently developed and manufactured lithium disilicate glass-ceramic for all-ceramic dentures offers exceptional strength and translucency, combining outstanding aesthetic results with reliable mechanical properties. It is widely used for both anterior aesthetic restorations and posterior functional restorations. High-quality zirconia blanks feature exceptional flexural strength and fracture toughness, along with excellent biocompatibility, making them an ideal choice for fabricating all-ceramic crowns, bridges, and implant-supported superstructures. PMMA materials are suitable for the fabrication of temporary restorations; they are easy to work with and offer consistent precision, providing clinicians with reliable transitional solutions.

In terms of auxiliary consumables, the company offers a complementary range of products, including 3D glaze, sintering paste, and polishing paste, used for glazing, sintering, and fine polishing of restorations, respectively. When used in conjunction with the core materials, these products help dental technicians achieve the ideal surface finish for restorations.

Building on twelve years of technical expertise, Aite Technology continues to provide customers with reliable, high-quality dental materials with consistent performance, serving as a trusted partner for dental professionals worldwide.

III. Streamlined Workflows and Scalable Solutions: Two New Glass-Ceramic Products Pioneering New Levels of Efficiency in Dental Restorations

Aite Technology continues to focus on the field of dental restorative materials and has launched two new products—glass ceramics without sintering and lithium disilicate glass-ceramic discs—further expanding its product portfolio.

The glass ceramics without sintering are designed using a pre-crystallization process; the material undergoes crystallization treatment before leaving the factory, resulting in high initial strength. Technicians simply load the ceramic blocks into CAD/CAM equipment for milling; once the restoration is milled, it can be used immediately after a simple polish, without the need for additional sintering or crystallization heat treatment. This feature eliminates the crystallization and sintering steps required for traditional glass-ceramic materials, significantly simplifying the fabrication process. The material has a modulus of elasticity similar to that of dentin, offers excellent marginal stability, and is resistant to chipping during processing.

Lithium disilicate glass-ceramic discs (dimensions: Φ98 × 12/14/16/18 mm) are specifically designed for high-throughput workflows in dental laboratories. The discs feature a standard 98-millimeter diameter, compatible with mainstream CAD/CAM milling equipment. Thanks to their disc-shaped design, a single disc can be used to mill multiple restoration units, significantly improving material utilization and batch processing capacity. This material exhibits excellent machinability in its pre-crystallized state, ensuring smooth processing and minimal tool wear; after crystallization treatment, its strength is further enhanced, providing reliable mechanical support for various restorations such as veneers, inlays, and full crowns. The discs are available in multiple thicknesses (12/14/16/18 mm), flexibly meeting the processing needs of different restoration types, including single crowns and multi-unit bridges.

The launch of these two new products is further evidence of Aite Technology’s ongoing innovation in the field of dental materials—the glass ceramic without sintering simplifies workflows and improves chairside efficiency, while the lithium disilicate glass-ceramic discs, with their disc-shaped format, empower dental laboratories to achieve high-volume production. Together, they provide dental professionals worldwide with more efficient and flexible material solutions.

IV. Aite Technology Dental Processing Equipment Series: A Complete End-to-End Solution for Milling, Porcelain Firing, and Sintering

In addition to expanding its dental materials product line, Aite Technology has simultaneously launched a series of complementary equipment, including dental milling machines, porcelain furnaces, and sintering furnaces. This provides comprehensive hardware support for the entire denture fabrication process—from cutting to heat treatment—helping dental laboratories build a more efficient, closed-loop production chain.

The dental milling machine series includes two models, each specifically optimized for the processing characteristics of different materials. The wet-cutting model continuously sprays coolant during the machining process, effectively lowering the temperature in the cutting area. It is particularly suitable for the precision milling of brittle materials such as lithium disilicate and glass ceramics, significantly reducing the risk of chipping when fabricating thin-walled restorations such as veneers and inlays. The other model is specifically designed for dry cutting of zirconia. With its high-rigidity spindle and precise motion control system, it can reliably process a variety of restorations, including crowns, bridges, and abutments. Both devices support data exchange with mainstream CAD/CAM systems and are compatible with standard-sized ceramic blocks and discs, providing dental laboratories with flexible and efficient milling solutions.

Although the accompanying porcelain furnaces and sintering furnaces are often mentioned together in everyday use, they have fundamental differences in their functional roles and technical specifications. Porcelain furnaces are primarily used for the firing, glazing, and staining of ceramic materials. Their operating temperatures typically range from 700°C to 1200°C, making them suitable for sintering the porcelain layers of metal-ceramic restorations, layered firing of all-ceramic restorations, and the crystallization of glass-ceramics such as lithium disilicate. Zirconia restorations that have already undergone sintering also require aesthetic finishing processes, such as staining and glazing, in a porcelain furance. In contrast, sintering furnaces are high-temperature processing equipment specifically designed for zirconia, with operating temperatures ranging from 1,450°C to 1,600°C. After milling, zirconia is in a pre-sintered, chalk-like, soft state and does not yet possess the strength required for clinical use; only through high-temperature densification in a sintering furance can it achieve its final high flexural strength and fracture toughness. Each serves its own distinct purpose, and neither can be dispensed with.

From milling and shaping to sintering and strengthening, and on to glazing and finishing, Aite Technology provides a comprehensive equipment portfolio to help dental laboratories achieve a closed-loop in-house production process. This not only enhances processing efficiency but also ensures better control over the quality and aesthetic results of every restoration.
